Annual General Meeting 2019

Friday 5th July, 7.30pm Munster Hall, Irish World Heritage Centre

The business of the Annual General Meeting of the Manchester Irish Centre shall be as follows:

1. To present and if accepted, adopt the accounts and balance sheet for the financial year ended 31st January 2019, such accounts having first been audited by the Centre’s auditors.

2. The election of Committee members (there are 6 vacancies to be filled). and Officers (President, Chair, Treasurer and Secretary). Nomination forms can be obtained from the Secretary or Manager.

Closing date for nominations is Friday 28th June 2018.

3. To consider any motions of which at least seven days’ notice has been given to the Secretary in writing; on receipt of such notice the Secretary shall add it to the Agenda which shall be posted on the notice board.

Please note that no membership applications will be

processed on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
